Matt Skaret, City Administrator

A Bismarck, ND native, Matt received his BA in Political Science from the University of Minnesota, Morris in 2001.  From 2001-2004 Matt worked as a congressional aid in Washington, DC.  In 2004 he returned to the Midwest and received his Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of South Dakota in 2006.  Matt has served as the City Manager in Madison, MN from October 2006-January 2010.  His hobbies include bowling, running, reading, disc golf, fishing and other outdoor activities.  

LeAnn Houge, Deputy City Clerk

LeAnn grew up on an acreage west of Milford.  Prior to joining the City of Milford in February 2011 she was employed by Klaussner Furniture in Milford as an Account Executive in Customer Service for 18 years.  Besides spending time with her husband Neal, LeAnn loves being in the kitchen and cooking for family and friends.  In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors working in the flower garden, biking and camping.

Karen Wiese, Office Assistant

Karen and her husband Roger moved to Milford in 1961.  She was the bookkeeper for Wiese Standard from 1961-1993.  She then worked at a local flower shop for a few years before starting work in the City Clerk's office in 1996.  Her hobbies include bicycle riding and gardening.
